Laser Shaft Alignment System Laser shaft alignment system is a very useful thing for alignment of various shaft ,couplings for reducing vibration level, noise,machine heating, increasing power transmission, increasing bearing and machine shaft life. D 450, D 480, D 505, D 525 etc. These models are generally used every where in the day to day plant maintenance purpose. By taking some simple readings like distance betwwn our laser transmitting unit, distance of first legs from our stationery unit and first legs and last legs and taking readings at 9-12-3 position it can easily show you what to do i.e. how much shim one have to put or removed and how much side wise have to push. At a same time it will show the angle and axial readings. These Laser Shaft Alignment Systems are provided with spirit levels, which helps in easy and fast positioning of the measuring units. The optional printer facilitates recording of alignment activities, which ensure high performance.
